well, both artists met in november 1966, just some brief background info...
the performance art was made to speak up about world peace, it also had the protest of the vietnam war .
2. Do you consider this as art? Why or why not?
yes, i do consider this as art, the ideas were present, body gestures and voice were used to communicate a message to the viewer; the main reason why artworks exist in the first place.
their art, revolves around performance art, where body movements, be it vigorous or slow movements are used in place of inanimate mediums that do not move, basically, it is expression through body movement, where the energy and the body are the artwork, not just the visual aspect.
